Nya began her journey with yoga to heal her scoliosis, but came to realize its healing powers ran much deeper as it slowly transformed her life. Dedicating herself to the ancient teachings of Yoga and Ayurveda has aligned her with her path, leading her to Maine all the way from her home in Hawai'i. Trained in 2017 under Raj Patra of Universal Yoga lineage and has a BA in Psychology. “Yoga is not just a means for fitness and bodily health, but also a lifestyle path that guides you toward inner-peace and a life of living compassion” She may look young but beware of her very old knowing and serene soul. She works as a Social Worker, plays guitar, writes, hike and trains in Jiu-Jitsu.
